Break Bread With Us!

Who needs a quick bread to get through the weekend? I Rock Health is working hard to provide you with FREE recipes during this time we are cooking at home. Go ahead and get the family involved! Our homes will be smelling absolutely AMAZING once this bread enters the oven. Yum! Come, break bread with us as we give thanks for this past week. One bright theme we have seen across our world: We can all be thankful for family sit-down meals and fellowship with friends through online resources.

The Fellowship of the Believers- NIV
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:42-47

This looks delicious! Can you use regular flour or oatmeal flour instead of almond flour?

Good evening! Yes! Regular flour that contains gluten can be used. A lot of our recipes are gluten free, which is why you see the almond flour listed. The flour choice will depend on the density of the bread. Ex. Would you be using full whole wheat bread flour vs. oatmeal flour? You also have the option of using bread flour vs. unbleached all purpose flour. The density of the bread comes in with the protein available in the flour. This can be used with many different types of flour. Thank you for asking! Always here to help!
