- You are purchasing a PRIVATE 1-1 (3- MONTH) Wellness Coaching package. This means you get the following:
- WEEKLY & PRIVATE sessions with me each month.
- During each session, I will go over everything you need for growth and development. (ie: life cycle)
- This package includes a complete evaluation. Having a physical extracurricular activity requires extra nutrients!
- We will talk in depth about your menstrual cycle (if you are still having one) and what vital signs the cycle could be telling you.
- Question and answer period during all sessions. You will have questions answered and will leave each session with a plan of action for the next week.
