My name is Allison Walker. I am a registered dietitian, speaker, fitness / Pilates instructor, and former D1 strength and conditioning coach. You can click this About page for more information.


I love using my talents and gifts to serve you as an integrative health and wellness dietitian and coach!


This site is dedicated to helping young athletes and active individuals thrive physically and mentally! It is my desire that teens, especially, understand what is needed to grow, develop, and recover. Nutrition information and optimal education is specifically added to address the athlete's needs.


I have dedicated classes and speaking engagement topics specifically for coaches of athletes and also for the athletes themselves. Athletes require and an implementation of special meal plan to aid in the athlete's performance and recovery.


I am also a HUGE supporter of female athletics. There tends to be a gap with the education needed for this population. Throughout my site, you will find necessary information for this group of teens.

So what is WELLNESS WISDOM and what can I expect?

I am sooo glad you asked!


This is having a dietitian & fitness specialist on-call. I am here to provide you with the right wellness information to help your daughter grow and develop through her teen years. I, Allison Walker, will come along side you as part of your support team for your teen. We all know how this is a crazy time raising a teenager. It is about having other trusted female adults in your corner to support you while guiding your daughter with sound knowledge and love.

You will receive a comprehensive topic explained on the 5th of each month. Is your teen is an athlete?... got you covered! What about if my daughter is in dance? You are also covered. All extracurricular activities have a place here. The format used will be a variety of written, audio, and visual pieces. It all depends on the topic for that month. So many mood swings during the teen years! Vital nutrition and wellness that can be easily implemented CAN help.

I will get a notification that you paid. I have a form that I will send you via email. You will fill out this form so I can learn a little bit more about your daughter. I can use this information to cater topics and information to you.

You will have surveys that you will have the opportunity to fill out and even live zoom calls. You can ask questions each month. There is a private facebook group just for this group, if you would like. This is personalized wellness care.
