This site is dedicated to helping teens and active individuals thrive physically and mentally! It is my desire that teens, especially, understand what is needed to grow, develop, and recover. Nutrition information and optimal education is specifically added to address the athlete's needs.
I have dedicated classes and speaking engagement topics specifically for coaches of athletes and also for the athletes themselves. Athletes require an implementation of special meal plan to aid in the athlete's performance and recovery.
I am a HUGE supporter of female athletics. There tends to be a gap with the education needed for this population. Throughout my site, you will find necessary information for this group of teens.
