- You are purchasing a PRIVATE 1-1 Teen (3-MONTH) Wellness Coaching package. This means you and your teen get the following:
- WEEKLY & PRIVATE sessions with me each month. Yes! I do schedule after school consults.
- During each session, I will go over everything your daughter needs for growth and development.
- This package includes a complete sports performance evaluation if your teen is in sports. Having a physical extracurricular activity requires extra nutrients!
- We will talk in depth about your teen’s menstrual cycle and what vital signs the cycle could be telling you.
- Question and answer period during all sessions. You teen will have her questions answered and will leave each session with a plan of action for the next week.
