- Soak nuts overnight in filtered water.
- Drain and blend up in AM with 1 ripe banana, 1 c milk of choice, salt, and cinnamon to taste.
- Heat on stovetop.
- Add toppings as desired. (ie. cacao or cocoa are favorites)

*Remember to allow nuts to soak overnight for easy blending.
