No Oats Oatmeal

Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes


    1. Soak nuts overnight in filtered water.
    2. Drain and blend up in AM with 1 ripe banana, 1 c milk of choice, salt, and cinnamon to taste.
    3. Heat on stovetop.
    4. Add toppings as desired. (ie. cacao or cocoa are favorites)


*Remember to allow nuts to soak overnight for easy blending.
